Restaurant is way overpriced according to what they serve, you order a dish and u get something else or a reduced portion and after you make a complain they just add missing, raw ingredients to your dish...

The food was okay, it wasn't expertly prepared but fine. What did bother somewhat was a lack of cohesion in dishes, lots of flavours didn't really fit together well so I'd advise to go there for the tapas. The same can be said about the service. We got very different vibes from different servers. Some seemed very high class in the way they introduced us to the dishes, but others felt more homey. The atmosphere inside was nice, quite homey. However, the womens toilets were very cramped, I had the toilet paper at face height about two inches (5 cm) away. (can't speak about the mens)

I brought my parents and grandmother who were visiting from Brazil and came here after waiting the whole week for the high tea. I booked via google for 4:30pm and when we arrived at 4:15pm we were told that we could only select the a la cart dinner, which we didn’t want as we were planning the high tea for already a week. We didn’t see any good will from the employee who kept saying that a high tea was not possible since they only could have that until 4:00. He didn’t offered any understanding, not even when I showed him that via their website it was possible to book high tea even at that time for the same day at 5:00pm, so his excuse didn’t make any sense. We decided to stay because we were in a group with 3 elderly people. They messed up with our orders and the food was not even that thing. Such a pity. Waiters don’t think about the negative impact this kind of approach has on the customer’s experience. Now I know that for sure we will not comeback another time at this location.

Lovely place for an evening meal. The rack of lamb was divine. Beef burger was good too. Desert was fantastic. Great selection of beers.

To be honest, the food and the taste is OK. However the service I have to say is way tooooooooo pool. We came with reserve ration with 6 people and being seated on 19:30. The starter booked on 19:45 and being served on 20:00 finish at 20:30. Till 21:15 we still did not have the main cause. And no waiter come to explain the reason why and only come one time and asked what do we want to drink. Now I am still waiting my food, it is the friend’s birthday dinner and so bad experience I have to say. Wish other customer won’t have the same as we.

Visited a few times, both with my partner and in a large group with work colleagues. Food is really nice, and quite affordable. Drinks are good with lots of variety. Highly recommended

Good atmosphere and a cozy warm place for dinners. Could use more choices on the menu and it can definitely use a full English menu, because the current one is missing half of the menu. Also, get some drinks because cooking takes a lot of time here. It will be delicious but you will starve.
